Beautiful Persuasion is situated in the quaint town of Seaside, Florida. Located in the panhandle, Seaside resembles a modernistic approach to 'old Florida', with Cracker style beach houses and old time feel. The Bellamy Brothers' Persuasion is a three story beach house nestled in the middle of the village with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to six people. This home decorated with sunny Florida decor sits just 150 walking steps to the white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy all of the amenities of Seaside including the 3 pools (two are heated in winter), tennis, fitness center, croquet courts, shuffle boards and the many unique beach pavilions. Shop in the many quaint shops and delicious restaurants, bicycle through town, stroll down the hidden shady paths or just sit on the outdoor decks enjoying the gulf views.

Ground Floor: Mexican-tiled kitchen features custom-tiled counter tops, frig with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, glass top range and breakfast bar with 3 stools. The large capacity washer/dryer is nearby. Living room features cathedral ceiling, leather sofa and love seat, coffee table, 36” LCD TV/DVD, and French doors leading to the outdoor dining area.  The outdoor dining table is in a private screened porch and has table and 4 chairs. Carpeted Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, TV with DVD player (no cable in this bedroom) and French doors leading to the screened porch. Hall bath serving this floor has tub/shower and vanity sink.

Second Floor: Sweeping stair case leads up to the second floor. Carpeted Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, TV/VCR, French doors leading to a private balcony in the oak canopy and an adjoining bath with vanity sink and tiled shower. Hall powder room has vanity sink and a door leading into the shower area of the full bathroom on this floor.

Third floor: Loft twin bedroom has 2 twin beds with table and lamp between, dresser, TV/VCR, DVD player, ceiling fan and French doors leading to a roof top balcony with fabulous gulf views. You have panoramic view of the rooftops of Seaside and the gulf.

Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the warm water outside shower. Charcoal BBQ grill.

The Bellamy's visit the beach house a few times a year. The younger generation usually takes advantage of Persuasion when the opportunity arises or when they are swinging through while they are on tour. Otherwise, Persuasion is available for rent.
