For the business person unable to get completely away from the office, there is a private office nook with complimentary wireless connection. This floor also has an additional laundry room with large-capacity washer/dryer; and an ice-maker, located for easy access to pool and kitchen.

The third floor brings you to a fabulous living area with 20 foot vaulted ceiling, which includes the dining room, living room and opens up to the kitchen with walk-in pantry, providing ample space for staging catered parties. The open kitchen features granite counter tops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler) and amazing open plan. Adjacent to the living room is a protected screened-in porch with spectacular views of the Gulf. There are ample decks so you will not miss out on the beautiful sunsets.
