Colors 1 – 485 Forest Street – Seaside, FL

Located directly across from the Seaside Swim and Tennis Club, Colors 1 is perfect for families with children. Four bedrooms and two baths, sleeps 8. Hardwood flooring throughout the home. All visitors to Colors are allowed to enjoy the numerous quaint beach walkovers, long private white sand beaches, three inviting swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, fitness center, croquet lawn, shuffle board court, playground, and Camp Seaside for the kids. All of the bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans.

Ground Floor: Entry is via a large screened porch outfitted with several rockers, chairs and side tables. The living room has a sofa, love seat, 2 side chairs, coffee table, TV, stereo and DVD/VCR. The dining table seats 8. Fully stocked kitchen has frig with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and range. One bedroom is on this floor has a queen bed, dresser, bedside table and lamps. The other ground floor bedroom has 2 twin beds, drawers under the bed, bedside tables and 2 lamps. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower.

Second Floor: The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, dresser, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with lamp, and chest of drawers. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

All Colors cottages share a washer/dryer. Each cottage has it’s own charcoal grill. Parking for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway. Come enjoy a bright and cheery Seaside stay!
