William E. Wright
President

Bill has extensive experience in corporate and property management fields. His 35 years in corporate management in a Fortune 500 global company gives him a wealth of leadership to apply to Emerald Sun Properties’ activities.

He had responsibilities as the leader of the worldwide public relations team for the EDS Corporation doing business in 42 countries. Bill’s background in public relations, advertising, community and media relations provides significant insight into the needs of an emerging company in the real estate sales and property management business.

Bill has experience dating back to 1986 as a charter member of the Seaside Rental Advisory Board and has served as Vice-President and President of that organization. He has also served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Seaside Town Council.

Joan and Bill are long term residents of Seagrove Beach, Florida.

Debbie Davis
Broker and Secretary/Treasurer

Debbie contributes over 12 years of real estate and accounting experience to Emerald Sun Properties, Inc. She has prior experience in residential and commercial sales, new development, leasing, property management, retail and accounting. As the Broker of Emerald Sun Properties, Inc., along with an excellent sales staff, she offers professional real estate services for the beautiful Emerald Coast of Walton County and surrounding counties.

Debbie is committed to provide a professional and experienced sales staff. The accomplishment and abilities to serve the homeowners and new property owners is very rewarding. Debbie takes such pride in being a part of Emerald Sun Properties’ team.

Julie Fulton
Marketing Manager

Julie provides creative direction and management for marketing initiatives. Some of these initiatvies include print and Internet advertising, radio and television commercials, and direct mail. In addition, she is the Webmaster for the Emerald Sun Beach Rentals and Emerald Sun Properties websites. Julie also works continually with a search engine optimization professional to get the Emerald Sun Beach Rental's website as high in the search engines as possible. Julie previously was an Advertising Coordinator and Webmaster for a Developer of several real estate projects.

Originally from Minnesota, Julie has been a resident of the Emerald Coast for 14 years. She is married to Jim Fulton from Topeka Kansas and has three sweet baby girls - Minnie, Maddie, and Josie. Julie is committed to excellence in her work. With efficency and persistance she strives to maximize the exposure of the rental properties on the Emerald Sun Management Program, so homeowners will get the largest return on their investment possible.

Von Roland
Operations Manager

Von has twelve years experience in sales, ten years in Business Management, and formerly owned a cleaning company before returning to this area. Von was hired in May 2001 as Housekeeping Manager and became Operations Manager in 2003. In August 2004 she started her own cleaning company, Just Inland, Inc.

Von sets high standards for housekeepers and Quality Control Personnel and works closely with the Reservation Manager and the Guest Services Manager to insure the guest have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. She is responsible for the Care Free Check-in that provides the guest with direct access to the cottage upon arrival and also the point of contact for after-hour emergencies. She is happy to be back at the Emerald Coast and enjoys working with guests and owners.

Jeramie Bates
Director of Rental Operations

Jeramie joined the Emerald Sun team with over 15 years of experience in the rental management industry. She worked at Seaside Cottage Rental Agency for 12 years holding such positions as Reservations Manager, Guest Services Manager, Revenue Manager, and Director of Rental Services. Her knowledge and professionalism will assist Emerald Sun Beach Rentals to effectively and efficiently maximize the return on your investment. She has the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service to owners and guests alike.

Jeramie resides in Freeport, which is just 20 minutes north of the beach. She has been happily married for 14 years to a Walton County native. She and her husband have two terrific children. Jeramie is a dedicated mother, wife, and career woman who faces opportunities and obstacles with confidence and enthusiasm.
